Returns

Within 14 days after the original purchase, we are happy to accept returns for reimbursement or an exchange. The products must be returned in an unworn, condition with the original packaging, including accessories.

Please use our return form, which is in the package and fill it out. Make sure that your return is well packaged and that all conditions listed below meet. Add the completed return form to your goods and send it to the address in the return form.
Please make sure that the return form is included in your goods - a missing form can lead to your return not being processed

Free return not possible. The customer bears the return costs. We recommend using the post or a courier service.

exchange

Please note that we can only accept size and color outlets, i.e. replace the same article with a different size or color. If you would like to exchange the purchased item for another article, please place a new order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset a credit with a new order with every payment method. As soon as the item to be exchanged has arrived, the new article will be sent to you.

Incorrect article

If an article is delivered incorrectly or have a defect within the warranty period, you can send us back the defective article. Please let us know in writing which error the article has. We will check the article and then contact you to discuss further steps.

Transfer back

If you send a return in perfect condition and send back to us with all labels, we will immediately refund the purchase price. Depending on the banking institute, the return is 2-14 days. Please note that experience has shown that the credit cards can be used for several days and can therefore only be visible on the next credit card statement with delayed loads. Please note the account details on the return certificate, which is included in your delivery. The reimbursement takes place in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses from currency fluctuations are not reimbursed. A new voucher and code will be issued on all returns that you bought with a voucher or promotion code.
