The leather bags are made entirely by hand using only natural ingredients. The leather is first sun-dried and then naturally tanned. Only natural ingredients such as saffron, indigo and even poppy seeds are used in the tanning process. The natural tanning process gives the leather a unique, natural look that takes on a patina of its own over time. Leather can be dyed, but only to enhance its natural color. For this purpose, special vegetable oils are used, which either enhance the natural brown hue of the leather or only lightly color it, as well as impregnate the leather against moisture.
